Refund policy
At Mod Threads Apparel, most products are custom-made specifically for your organization, business, school, church, or event. Because of the personalized nature of our work, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Orders
Custom printed, embroidered, and personalized items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once artwork has been approved and production has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Screen printed apparel
- Full color printed apparel
- Embroidered apparel
- Custom spirit wear
- Fundraising store orders
- Personalized or customized products
Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork proofs, sizing, quantities, spelling, and order details prior to approval.
Order Approval
Once an online order has been placed, cancellation requests cannot be made.
Once artwork and order details have been approved, changes and cancellations cannot be made.
Please carefully review all proofs and order information before providing final approval.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind our work.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or produced incorrectly due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Photos of the issue may be requested to help us evaluate the problem.
If the issue is determined to be the result of our production process, we will repair, replace, or reprint the affected items at no additional cost.
Apparel Variations
Please note that slight variations in garment color, sizing, placement, thread color, and print appearance may occur between manufacturers, dye lots, and production runs. These minor variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
