Shipping & Delivery
At Mod Threads Apparel, we work hard to ensure your order is produced accurately and delivered as quickly as possible.
Many of our products are custom-made or produced specifically for your order. Because of this, shipping timelines may differ from traditional retail websites.
Production Times
Most custom apparel orders are completed within approximately 10–15 business days after artwork approval, unless otherwise communicated.
Production times may vary based on:
- Order size
- Product availability
- Seasonality
- Complexity of the project
Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of your order.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Apparel Stores & Fundraisers
Shipping and delivery methods vary depending on the specific store or fundraiser.
Orders may be:
- Shipped directly to the customer
- Picked up at Mod Threads Apparel
- Distributed through the organization hosting the sale
Delivery details will be clearly communicated within each online store before checkout.
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated production and shipping timelines, Mod Threads Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Product backorders
- Supply chain disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Local Pickup
Customers selecting local pickup will receive notification when their order is ready.
Please wait for pickup confirmation before visiting.
Orders will not be available for pickup until production has been completed.
